Beena Joshi is the Director & principal consultant at Renovar training & consulting. She is a Psychologist with a specialisation in counselling. She completed her Master’s from Mumbai university and has to her credit an experience of 15 years. Her enriching experience encompasses working in the education industry, an HR consulting firm to being an entrepreneur.
She specialises in the areas of leadership development, Coaching & Team development interventions. She has been fortunate to work with international organisations in the areas of learning & development. She has worked with prestigious management institutions such as S.P Jain management institute, NITIE & K C college of Management studies.
As a facilitator & Coach she has developed various interventions using techniques of Appreciative inquiry, NLP , Assessment tools , Value surveys , focused group discussions, Coaching as a part of development solutions .She has worked as a coach with NGO’s in the development of women leaders.
